Together we stand!

Came back from a day trip and really exhausted but glad to read Vince and the picture of the game we had recently at KCCY. Great reminder of team work. It's so easy to support each other when things are easy going but when things get tough it's a totally different ball game.

KCCY need to hang on to one another and to God for expansion and growth. Let's do that together!

teamwork!

this is the saturday where we had games. This is the crossing of the bridge with two people as planks to step on.

it's all about teamwork in this and willingness to be the planks where people will cross on. HY touched on this matter and it really is relevant for our youths who are a team in captain's ball. If they can't work as a team, it will be an individual effort. In life, we will meet people who takes advantages of our willingness to help and be in pain for others. It's not in vain however, as it is a noble act and should be commended.

Just like working for Christ. Without teamwork and unity, nothing can be achieved. Fellow youths, do not be discouraged by the numbers of the youths coming to our church compare to others but take joy that we are united in Christ to do His will and learn of His word. Take notice of the people that are here week in week out in youth. They may not play a significant role, but their presence is much appreciated.

Fellow youths, please remember these people. Pray for them so that they will continue to show this willingness to come and of course do not forget the people that have not been coming for a while. Give them a call and encourage them to come back. It's a big help to the youth and to them as well.

the youth is up to you all. You represent the youth of KCC. The future depends on all of you!

Congratulation

Glad to be able to serve and to be part of KCCY. Being the "youngest" is indeed a privilege!
We did fairly well at the recent ICG. Keep up the spirit of sportmanship. Encouraged by you all.

22nd Aug games

Dear all,

The games will be on next week on Wednesday at 1 to 6 at YMCA. This is a note to all people reading this blog loyally. Please come and give your support to the team. creating this team has been tough and though they may not be a Manchester United or a Chelsea, it's still a team that will be challenging for wins when they play well. We have youths that will train hard and try to win whenever possible.

On a more sober note, i would not boldly say that we might have a chance at the title but, this is a scratch team. Meaning, this is a basic foundation for our team consisting of senior and junior players. This will help to create a balance between experience and youth. The quality of the team might not be as good as some churches that you always hear of but the unity is there. Therefore, for those who are free to come and support, please do come because if you don't, no one will.

It's your church people. Please show to us that you treat us as part of the family as we do to you.

Ipoh League Games

As some of the youths know that we are not going to the COPA IBA games this year, It's four days ago for those who are still lost!, we'll be taking part in a league format games revolving around churches in Ipoh. From my opinion the plans are great! We are going on with that and our first meeting will eb on 22nd Aug. at YMCA. The games that will be played are yet to be announced but captain's ball is in the schedule.

As the age limit isn't confirmed yet, the committee has suggested that i mix it up in which i plan to do so as well. From the practises i've seen by the juniors, i can say i am not impressed and i would like to see improvement in our preparation for this league! I know it's hard to do and i would love all of us, meaning the youths, to kindly support and join us. As most aren't too sure of the way of playing, we'll be training from the basics.

Youths, please call your friends to come as we have no need to go to KL to play. This is in your own backyard! Please make some effort to call your non-Christian friends to come. For those that are working on it! Great job! Keep it up!

Hope to see our youths grow and more people will come and fellowship with us!

hello to all!

greetings to all youths from KCC and friends of the youths,

This is officially the blog for KCC standing for Kledang Community Chapel with the motive to update our fellow youths and friends alike about the programmes and activities going on in our church. As some would know that we have a friendster account for our youths, not much people seem to be interested in updating it. So...

Hopefully this blog will generate interest from all youths in KCC and friends as well.. I know it's tough but by logging on and seeing this blog, you have already given us your time and that's more than what we can ask for. As we are new to this "blogging" thing, we might start slow but in time, we will catch up to updating it and provide up to date info to all..

As this is not a one-person job, this blog will be updated by the committee members of the KCCY,(hopefully). We will put on columns on our sports, spiritual growth, activities and much more! so please do come here often and bookmark this website. Thank you all for your time. Any comments are really appreciated! Thanks to all and God bless!
